If you have experienced a problem at Spotfree Car Wash we will gladly offer a coupon for a free car wash or a refund of your money.

  • Refund requests need to be reported within 24 hours of use of the car wash facilities in order to be processed.
  • A problem may be reported via telephone 255-0110 or e-mail sales@spotfreecarwash.com between 8 am – 5 pm. Please notify us of the location and a brief description of which piece of equipment you experienced the problem with.
  • All refunds will originate from Spotfree management, so employees on-site are not able to offer refunds and refunds cannot be picked up in person.
  • All refunds will be mailed, so a name and address will need to be provided to our staff.

For any customers that used a credit card at our ML King site in November, the transaction(s) may not have appeared until December 3rd & 4th due to an internet connection issue. We apologize for the delay. Dismiss
