If you have experienced a problem, call us at 515-255-0110 and please leave a message if no one answers. Your call will be returned within 24 hours Monday-Friday. You can also choose to fill out the attached online form for a refund request. All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence. Any refunds back to a credit card will require our staff to ask for your card information to process a refund.
